Dawn Kutz

Dawn Kutz (Lehmann), was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. 

MOSI hired Dawn as one of the Titanic exhibit actresses and when the exhibit ended, they hired her on for admin and data entry work. 

Dawn attended Tampa Bay Tech, where she wrote for the school newspaper and started a literary magazine. The Muse magazine featured the creative writing, art, photography, and poetry of her and her fellow classmates. She went on to study library science at HCC.

Dawn worked at a foreclosure law firm, where she was the records librarian, for three years.

Dawn has worked for over a decade as a property manager and leasing agent for private investors in both residential and commercial real estate. She loves helping people find exactly the right space for their needs.
