Renee Opland

Renee Opland is a Licensed Real Estate Associate and recently joined Klein & Heuchan as a Commercial Associate.  With more than 20 years of experience in Leasing and Management for both Commercial and Residential properties, she specializes in office and flex space representing both Landlords and Tenants.  Renee is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) since 2016 and currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chairperson for the Education and Diversity committees.  Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, she lived in St. Louis for 30 years, and moved to Florida in 2014, quickly familiarizing herself with the booming Tampa Bay Market.
